Before cooking, you need to soak our fish in water for 24-hours or as directed by the recipe. This draws out most of the salt, leaving a delicate, unique flavour and texture. Simply place in water and change the water twice.

Our product comes in sealed packs. They can be stored at ambient temperatures among your other dried goods in the store cupboard. Please note that the fish has to be stored in a dry, warm conditions. If you have any concerns about storing the fish ambiently, it can be kept in the fridge or frozen.
